INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PAPER-AND-PENCIL VERSION of the LLQ

The Paper-and-Pencil Versions of the LLQ are in PDF format. To download, save and print each section, you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. To download the Reader, go to the Adobe Acrobat website.

These Paper-and-Pencil versions are designed to be printed out and filled in by hand:

Ø      Full (with explanatory text)

Ø      Brief (no text)

Ø      Short version (31 questions)

These are the same as the online versions (see Versions of the LLQ).  There are spaces left for essay-type answers; check boxes can be circled.

You can also download and print out the PDF forms of the Section descriptions,  The Very Old Persons Bill of Rights, A personal introduction,  Notepad,  Guestbook, and the Appendices.

Before printing out any of the sections or other pages, you may want to look over the Table of Contents for the Full Paper-and-Pencil Version or the Table of Contents for the Brief Paper-and-Pencil Version and follow the links to any of the pages you want to examine before printing them out. You might also want to read the Introduction for a general orientation to the LLQ.

Please note: Use the Back button on your browser to go back from a section to a table of contents and then on to another section or back to the Home page and its Site Map.

Also, each section is on one Web page so you will have to load and print out each section separately -- except for the Short Version which is on one Web page.
