> What are your thoughts and feelings after responding to the LLQ:

I really don't know. I am a bit confused. I'll have to give it more time.

I am more comfortable when considering leaving life, but it is only an idea, or a far-away possibility for me and those around me.

I am more used to the idea of leaving life under certain conditions.

As a result of going through  the LLQ, I have taken steps towards making a regular or living will, taking care of unfinished business with people I care about, or taking control of my own leaving.

I will explore the subject more on the internet, and in books, articles and magazines.

I am still very anxious or sad whenever I think about D&D.

I am even more upset about D&D than I was before I did looked at these questions.

I don't think I'll spend any more time thinking about D&D until I have to. I don’t think that there is enough I can do about it to make it worth the bad feelings I get when I begin to think about it.

Below, you are asked to make suggestions for changes in the LLQ.  Feel free to skip if you can’t remember things about specific questions. In any case, your general impressions will be very helpful!

What suggestions do you have for questions or topics to add:

What questions were unclear or did not make sense:

Were there questions or areas that you thought were particularly good or bad, for any reason:

Were there questions or sections that:

... started you thinking in new ways:

        ... taught you something:

                 ... made you  uncomfortable:

Were there values implied by the questions or text with which you disagreed:

Which of the following describes your reactions to values or ideas stated or implied by the questions:

Acting according to the ideas or values in implied in the LLQ could be helpful in reducing suffering or in other ways making the world a better place.

They were too simplistic, idealistic or naďve.

There were too many of them for me to absorb.

Very few people have the courage, energy, or willingness to makes sacrifices that following through on them would require.

The actions required by the values or ideas were left unclear, so I am left with the feeling of “What do I do now?”
